Buyer's guide

Step-by-step

  1. Sign in to your UkayPH account.
  2. Find an item on Discover or Search. Read the description, check photos and condition carefully.
  3. Chat the seller if you have questions about fit, defects, or shipping.
  4. Tap Buy Now and confirm your full name, phone number, and shipping address.
  5. Choose your payment method: GCash, Maya, or Cash on Delivery.
  6. The seller ships your item and shares the tracking number in chat.
  7. Once you receive and inspect the item, open the order and tap Confirm delivery & release funds. This releases the payment from escrow to the seller.

Stay safe

  • Only pay after you're comfortable with the seller and item details.
  • Keep all communication inside UkayPH chat so we can help if something goes wrong.
  • Never share your OTP, card CVV, or bank password.
  • Report suspicious listings via the Help Center.
