How to sell

List in minutes

1. Tap Sell in the bottom navigation.
2. Take photos straight from your camera or upload from your gallery. Up to 5 photos per item — natural light works best.
3. Add a clear title, description, category, size, brand, and condition.
4. Set a fair price in pesos. Check similar items on the app for reference.
5. Tap Publish. Your item goes live instantly on Discover.

Great listings sell faster

• Photograph on a plain background with good lighting.
• Show any flaws honestly — buyers appreciate transparency.
• Include measurements for clothing and shoes.
• Reply to buyer chats quickly.

Shipping & releasing the item

1. Once payment is confirmed, pack the item securely.
2. Ship via the courier the buyer selected (J&T, Flash Express, or Lalamove).
3. Open the order in the app and tap Mark as shipped. This updates the buyer that the item is on the way.
4. Share the tracking number with the buyer in chat.
5. When the buyer receives the item, they tap Confirm delivery & release funds. The payment is then released to your UkayPH wallet.

Getting paid

For non-COD orders, the buyer's payment is held in escrow until delivery is confirmed. Once the buyer releases it, the funds appear in your wallet and can be withdrawn toGCash or Bank Transfer.
